Patti is responsible for guiding Croixstone’s direction, developing and executing growth strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations.  She fosters a culture of innovation and excellence, and leads the Croixstone team in delivering tailored, pragmatic, and high impact solutions to clients.  Patti’s leadership has fueled fast growth for Croixstone with the firm earning national, regional, and local recognition from media organizations including Inc. Magazine and the Charlotte Business Journal. Patti’s professional experience includes serving as a leader in Accenture’s Financial Services practice where she led technology transformation initiatives for some of the USA’s largest banks and insurance companies.

Mark Weber

Mark delivers tailored management consulting, interim leadership and executive search services to Croixstone’s diverse portfolio of national clients.  He excels in collaborating with Croixstone’s internal teams to craft compelling value propositions that deliver results while ensuring client satisfaction.  Mark leverages his long-term expertise in the professional services industry to guide Croixstone’s practice offerings and delivery of innovative solutions.  Mark’s professional background includes leading new market and product launches for two of the world’s largest business consulting and talent solutions firms.  Additionally, he co-founded a boutique Inc. 5000 accounting and finance consulting firm that has since been acquired by a  top 10 USA accounting firm.

Additionally, Ed helps to elevate Croixstone’s client leaders through collaborative discussions, constructive challenge, and honest coaching. Ed leverages more than 30 years of expertise with top 10 global banks (including Bank of America and Wells Fargo) to assist clients in resolving complex, enterprise-wide issues in Risk Management, Technology, Cyber Security, Mortgage, Consumer Bank and Corporate and Commercial Bank.

Mark Lord

Mark accelerates the firm’s strategic growth initiatives by providing thoughtful leadership and a continuous improvement mindset. Mark brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries and roles with a focus on leading organizations through significant change connecting people, process, and technology to achieve breakthrough outcomes. He joined the Croixstone team as a senior consultant in the firm’s Operational Excellence practice where he drove business outcomes for middle market clients. Prior to consulting, Mark spent over 20 years in a variety of senior operational leadership and corporate staff roles with global leaders such as GE and Ingersoll Rand.

Scott is a Certified Public Accountant with Big 4 audit background (Deloitte) who serves in dual roles as Croixstone’s CFO and as an interim finance leader / management consultant serving the firm’s clients. Scott excels in driving finance transformation in a variety of dynamic and fast-changing operating environments given his extensive experience that ranges from lower middle market companies to private equity-backed portfolio companies to publicly held corporations. Scott applies his expertise across diverse industry sectors including Professional Services, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution, Healthcare, and Hospitality / Real Estate. Scott’s domain expertise includes M&A, Internal Controls, IPO Readiness, Treasury Management, Secured Financing, Lender Compliance, Financial Reporting, and Process Design / Improvement.

Brian McLaughlin

Brian delivers high impact programs and initiatives that support the firm’s corporate strategy and operational goals. He serves as a valuable internal consulting resource to Croixstone’s senior leaders and teams where he provides guidance and support with major short and long-term initiatives, especially those related to organizational design, leadership behaviors, team performance and change management. Brian brings to Croixstone over 30 years of experience in business transformation, process reengineering, change management, human resources leadership, and consulting.

Grace Lynch

Grace is an operations and process expert who drives business outcomes for fast-growing and transformative organizations. With nearly two decades at Wells Fargo during its significant growth period, she led initiatives in problem resolution and process optimization in the Office of the President. Grace also managed due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, she served as a leader in the bank’s credit risk area, evaluating credit processes, policies, and regulatory requirements across all consumer lines of business, including mortgage originations, student lending, credit cards, non-real estate lending, collections, and asset disposal.

Lisa ignites relationships with highly experienced professionals in the firm’s boutique management consulting practices and executive search practice. Lisa is an extraordinary connector who builds and nurtures long-lasting relationships that make a positive difference in the lives of people, organizations, and communities. In the early 1990s, she was among a few female pioneers recruited to join global pharmaceutical leader GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in a male-dominated sales organization. Lisa excelled in building relationships with primary care and specialty physicians, and she served as both a district sales trainer and sales leader for a new start-up division during her 15-year career at GSK.

Winn Maddrey

Winn leads the firm’s communications and marketing work across human capital, program/project management and risk & compliance practices. He brings over 30 years of communications leadership experience across the public and private sector, from the US Department of Commerce to TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods. He has extensive global experience in transitions, transactions and has led M&A-related communications as well as change management communications. Previously, he led marketing and communications for a McKinsey-designed international rollup and was a senior leader at FleishmanHillard.

Rich has nearly 35 years of experience in the professional services industry including serving as a corporate officer for a global human capital services firm with nearly $6 billion in revenues. Rich’s background includes leading a $150 million professional services enterprise at Kelly Services where he oversaw a team of 600 employees across 14 states. He has expertise across a broad array of industries including automotive, finance, chemicals, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, furniture, medical devices, higher education, and state government.

Jan’s background includes more than 30 years of human capital experience with Kelly Services, the $5.5 billion global professional services firm, where she served a diverse array of cross-industry clients.
